D. Libunao Gas Manufacturing Corporation (DLGMC) is a compressed gas manufacturing/refilling, family-owned corporation located at Bayanihan, Gapan City, Nueva Ecija. It is duly registered under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, in accordance with the provision of Section 38 of the Corporation Code of the Philippines (Batas Pambansa Bilang 68) approved on May 1, 1980. It is duly registered under the Securities Exchange Commission with Registration No. 184525 in December 6, 1990.
The company started with humble beginnings as a small trading and retailing firm and other gas parts and gauges in the 1980s. It was founded by its former chairman and president, the grand patriarch of the Libunao family, Mr. Deogracias R. Libunao and his wife, Mrs. Josefa M. Libunao, who propelled the company into becoming one of the leading gas manufacturing/refilling firms in the country. It began with 500 cylinders only and through the years has adopted technological advances in order to have a strong niche in the highly competitive gas industry. It now has 9000 – gallon cryogenic tank, with the aim of maximizing its capacity for it to meet the growing demands of the market.
For over three decades, the company is managed by one generation after another where all members of the family have gained the corporate values, business acumen and assertiveness of its forebears. The dedication and commitment to quality remains. The current organization is now led by purpose-driven young executives who have started to bring in advancements and new concepts of management. The goal to be the best in the industry remains an ever-achievable goal.
Its market now reaches the expanse of the North Luzon area, covering the Regions 1, 2, 3, 4-A and Manila area, a feat earned from a painstaking effort and commitment to continually satisfy its customers through quality product and service.
